Terms of Service
Last updated July 2026
These terms cover booking and paying for P3 Fitness classes and seasons. We've tried to write them the way we'd explain them to you at the park. If something here doesn't match what you were told in person, tell us — we'd rather fix it than argue about it.
Who You're Dealing With
P3 Fitness is a youth athletic training business in Henderson, Nevada. Sessions are held outdoors at Weston Hills Park, 950 Weston Ridge St, Henderson, NV 89011, and at other locations we tell you about in advance. You can reach us at p3fitness.jess@gmail.com or p3fitness.sierra@gmail.com. In these terms, “we” and “P3” mean P3 Fitness, and “you” means the parent or legal guardian who creates the account.
Who Can Book
Accounts are for parents and legal guardians who are at least 18. Children don't create their own accounts. When you register an athlete you're confirming that you're that child's parent or legal guardian and that you have the authority to sign for them. Please keep your contact details and your athlete's medical notes accurate — coaches rely on them.
Classes and Seasons
We run two kinds of things. A drop-in class is a single session you book and pay for on its own. A season is a fixed block of weekly sessions — for example eight — that you register for as a whole and pay for in full up front.
Every session has a capacity limit, because small groups are the point. A season reserves your athlete's place in every session in the block, whether or not they make it to each one.
If you join a season after it has already started, you pay a prorated price: the full season price divided by the total number of sessions, multiplied by the sessions that are left.
Prices and Payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown before you pay. Payment is handled by Stripe — you enter your card details with Stripe, not with us, and we never see or store your card number. Seasons are paid in full at registration. Your spot is confirmed when the payment succeeds.
We may change our prices for future classes and seasons. A change never affects something you've already paid for.
Refunds and Cancellations
The short version: a season is sold as a block, and once you're past the first three business days it isn't refundable.
Three business days to change your mind. You can cancel a season registration and get all of your money back if you tell us in writing within three business days of registering. Email either coach — the date on your email is what counts. We'll refund you in full, through Stripe, within 15 days.
After that. A season is booked as a block. We cap the class and hold your athlete's place for every session, and we turn other families away to do it. So after the three-day window:
- A missed session isn't refunded and isn't credited. The place is held either way.
- Withdrawing part-way through a season doesn't earn a refund for the sessions you don't use.
- Drop-in classes cancelled after the cutoff shown for that class, and no-shows, aren't refunded.
We can and do make exceptions. A serious injury, an illness, a move out of town — talk to us. We issue refunds and credits by hand when it's the right thing to do. That's a judgment call, not a rule you can hold us to, but we'd rather you ask than assume.
If we cancel. If we cancel a session outright and don't reschedule it, you get that session refunded or credited. If we cancel a whole season, you get the unused part of what you paid back.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, and usually take a few business days to show up.
Weather, Schedule Changes and the Park
We train outdoors in a public park. Heat, wind, storms, poor air quality, or the park being closed or already in use can mean a session moves, changes shape, or gets cancelled. We'll tell you as early as we reasonably can by email and, if you've opted in, by text. A session we move or reschedule is not a cancelled session.
Waitlists
When a season or class is full you can join the waitlist. Joining a waitlist is free — we never charge you for being on it and it does not reserve a place.
If a spot opens, we email the first family on the list a link to claim it. That link is good for 48 hours; the spot is only yours once you've paid. If you don't claim it in time it passes to the next family, and you stay on the list for the next opening.
The Waiver
Before an athlete trains, their parent or guardian has to read and sign our participation agreement and release of liability. You sign it electronically when you register, by typing your full name and ticking the box, and that has the same effect as signing on paper. We store the date, time, your IP address and which version you signed, and you can read or download your signed copy any time from your account.
If we update the waiver, we'll ask you to sign the new version before the next session. The waiver covers ordinary negligence; it does not cover gross negligence, recklessness, or intentional misconduct, and it isn't meant to take away any right your athlete keeps under Nevada law.
Health and Safety
Tell us about allergies, conditions, injuries and medications when you register, and update us when things change. Our coaches are coaches — not doctors, nurses or athletic trainers. They don't diagnose or treat, and they work from what you tell them.
If a coach sees or suspects a head injury, your athlete comes out of the session immediately and stays out until a licensed health care provider gives us a signed statement clearing them to return. We won't make an exception to this, even if you ask.
We don't provide health or accident insurance for participants. Medical costs are yours.
Photos and Video
We take photos and short videos at sessions and use them on this site and on our social media to show what the programs look like. We don't publish athletes' last names, ages, medical information or contact details with them, and we don't sell or license images to anyone else.
You can tell us not to photograph your athlete — before or after the fact — by emailing p3fitness.jess@gmail.com. We'll stop, and we'll take down what's already up on our site and our own accounts within a reasonable time. We can't claw back copies other people have already saved or shared. Saying no has no effect on your athlete's place in a program.
Emails and Text Messages
When you book, we send you the things you need: a confirmation and receipt, reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before each session, and notices about schedule changes or cancellations. These are part of the service you bought.
Text message reminders are optional and off unless you tick the box. If you opt in: message frequency varies with how often your athlete trains, message and data rates may apply, you can reply STOP at any time to stop them and HELP for help, and you can also turn them off from your account profile or by emailing us. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of registering or paying for anything.
We may occasionally email you about a new season or program. Those emails have an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing from them doesn't stop your booking confirmations or session reminders.
Conduct
Athletes follow the coaches' safety instructions. Parents, athletes and spectators treat coaches, other families and other park users with respect. We can remove anyone whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive or abusive, and we can decline to re-enroll them, without a refund.
You're responsible for supervising your athlete before and after the session. Coaching starts when the session starts and ends when it ends — please be on time at both ends.
Privacy
What we collect about you and your athlete, who we share it with, and how to get a copy or have it deleted is all in our Privacy Policy.
This Website
We keep the schedule, prices and program details on this site as accurate as we can, but mistakes happen. If a price or a session time is listed wrong, we'll tell you and either fix it or refund you — we won't hold you to an error. The text, photos and logo on this site belong to us; please don't reuse them without asking.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. If we make a change that matters — to refunds, for instance — we'll email account holders rather than expecting you to notice. The terms that apply to something you already paid for are the ones in force when you paid.
Nevada Law
These terms are governed by Nevada law, and any dispute belongs in the state courts of Clark County, Nevada. If a court decides some part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Nothing here takes away a right Nevada or federal consumer law gives you.
